There is actually some unique dalek variants in both "The day of the Doctor" and "Into the Dalek" that would work in these sets. In "Day of the Doctor", some of the CGI Daleks piloting the "dalek Gunships" have the same paint job as the dalek saucer pilot from "Dalek invasion of earth" but updated to the 2005 dalek design (a 3" version has been previously released). This could be paired with a normal 'battle scared' drone. From "Into the Dalek" there is a variant seen once in the dalek ship with a unique eye design. Instead of the singular blue iris, 3 smaller blue lights are present in a triangular configuration. The set could contain a pair of this design with an updated, more shiny bronze paint job, to distinguish from other 2005 style versions. Also to answer your question, yes, Dalek Sec was exclusive to America.

The Dalek from The Five Doctors hasn't been seen as a figure yet I don't think but that wasn't a Dalek story, however they could either sell it by itself or include it in a set with two other Monsters.

Now that they've introduced variants, we might get the entire Paradigm re-released. Victory could have an Ironside and a Paradigm (Drone or Scientist), Pandorica Opens could have a Stone Dalek and a Paradigm (Supreme or Eternal), and Asylum could have a classic Dalek and a Paradigm (metallic Drone or metallic Strategist)

There's a lot of good ideas here. I do hope later on they can do the odd new attachment or slight retool to create new variants, like Rusty, a proper damaged Dalek from 2005 and a Dalek Thay with the back panels. Anyway, I like a lot of your suggestions, I agree with pretty much all of them. For Resolution, maybe they do a variant of Bronze Dalek, representing the Recon Dalek before it was destroyed. We do briefly see a stylized picture of it, and I remember rumours from the time that there was blue and silver Dalek NuWho Dalek prop having been on set, so if those rumours were true, perhaps they could do that one.

In the Doomsday/Evolution the Standard Bronze Jast/Caan can be released with Sec and then Thay with panel damage (which was released before but on the inaccurate body sculpt so that piece might have to be redone) or they could use the Genesis Ark with a bronze dalek in it and maybe add an extra £5.00 to the price...

Just to confirm the updated Dalek Sec with the accurate sculpt never officially came to the UK. It was released in the US twice by Underground Toys, firstly in an Army of Ghosts/Doomsday set along with a 3D Glasses 10th Doctor and a Cyberman around the 50th Anniversary in diamond classic series packaging. The Who Shop did manage to obtain a small quantity of these for sale in the UK and priced accordingly. Then in 2015 when Toys R Us started doing the shared exclusive Twelfth Doctor Figures CO/UT did a range of blister packed 5 inch figures of the Eleventh Doctor in Cowboy hat, Weeping Angel, Sarah Jane Smith, Rose and K9 and Dalek Sec, all of these were available in the US and UK except Dalek Sec for some unclear reason. He was on the back of the card in both countries just never released in the UK.

what could be done for genesis's but would would probably require a lot of work is to have one dalek based of the concept art where the mutant is being fused to the casing from behind. also for the cult of skaro have sec be a mutant reveal dalek with the green mutant have thay with his panels missing then have jast with the syringe arm have cann as the normal but then have his damaged variant in the journeys end set

The three humanoid Daleks from Evil of the Daleks were Alpha, Beta and Omega. Their symbols were written on their domes. Later in the story they removed their domes, exposing the mutant inside. So there’s another variant they could release. Also the Supreme Dalek in Resurrection, had a unique skirt section, where the back extended out the same way in did in the front.

I'm very enthusiastic about this line, because I have a fair few classic daleks, but there are some big holes that I'd like filled in the line up, and there are some that I'd quite like boosted in numbers. I think they could do the full-on movie dalek if they reused the tooling for the planet supreme dome lights, they're not a spot-on match, but they're at least as close as the lights I put on my 1/8 scale movie dalek. I'd love one in the 5" scale, I have the talkie toaster version with the little base and lights and that's lovely, but a proper movie-y one would be lovely. Maybe they could improve the colours, get the blue of the dome and hemispheres more metalic. I don't have any plain silver slatted 60s daleks, I have 3 dead planet daleks, 4 DIOE, the chase guard and an evil guard, but no standard later 60s drones, so if they could slip a few into various sets it would be nice to get some of those. I'd definitely like the black DMP one too. For 70s daleks I'd definitely like more of the grey daleks, I have one genesis dalek, from that first dalek collectors set, but it's so nice I'd love a few more. A metalic one for day would be a nice thing to have, then if we could have 2 in the genesis set, with minor differences, that would make for a decent cluster of them. Likwise, any of the Destiny variants would be nice, I have none from that story, a reissue of the two from the davros set would even be fine. I think I would probably pass on any sets that contain unique daleks that I already have. With the possible exception of the planet supreme, because mine is a little ratty, and the gold day if they fixed the neck mesh I would get again. But specifically, I would pass on the resurrection set, because that white and black dalek is so unique that having more than one would feel wrong to me. Similarly I don't much want a second SWD, so hopefully that wouldn't be in the remembrance set, but if it was and they had the standard imperial in there I would still get it because the imperial is one of my all time favourites but I don't have one. new series-wise I'd like a standard dalek or two in that updated sculpt, I'd love an assault dalek, just pop the arm on the newer sculpt, no? A crucible dalek would be something I'd be very up for and the red supreme dalek is one of the figures I most regret missing the first time around, so if they couldn't fit him in the box I'd personally come round the factory and shove him in there. and that's my wall of text summing up my thoughts. I'm pretty sure you're right about the sec being US only.

My branch of B&M didn't have any sets at all this year as they apparently weren't sent any which is quite unusual. Also quite disappointing for me as I usually go and get them once my friend tells me they're in (she works there). Oh well, I'm not paying £54 on Ebay for one set and some people are even selling the separate figures for upwards of £35 each. Not good.

I hope they do history of the Cyber men too, and get the versions we missed out on. They should make more of the 60s with the different manipulator arms I said this for ages or just make the 60s Daleks modular and have a mix and match arm, gun and eye system. (And this could be used on all Dalek 70s, 80s and on.) Emperor Dalek. And I’m in right in thinking the first Daleks lights weren’t clear? But orange? And how many Dalek invasion of earth variations did they realise? As I may have missed one on the original realise. They could redo the Black and White figures? Also remember those diecast 6” NSD? Remake them but with all die cast parts and with full articulation! Those looked and felt great! Like those new diecast Star Wars figures. Maybe put working sound and lights in them. The transparent Dalek from revelation. And Davors with his workers like “Nider”? And any other monsters that never got released, they should make the doctors cars (forgot there names!) Still don’t get why they don’t make a classic interior Tardis. Hey need to rerealise the 1st Doctor and Tardis from an unearthly child, plus we need more companions. Also I think they should do a 12” line, and start doing replica props, like a 1:1 metal sonic screwdriver.

Everyone is RAVING about these sets. But I'm having second thoughts about wether or not these sets are a good idea. If we do EVERY dalek story it will be years before we even think about doing the new series. There's just too many designs.
