@akutamsilvernus2 жыл бұрын
@@DiplomaticLeges no Ghanaian has an unreasonable hate towards a fellow African. Come to Ghana and see what Nigerians are doing and u will even wonder why we entertain them here. A Nigerian killed his Ghanaian girlfriend recently when she teased him after Nigeria lost to Ghana. You guys need to understand you have some bad characters amongst u, period. Even in Nigeria, I know u guys have some tribes that almost all other tribes don't like like the fulanis. Basically because of what they do. It's the same in Ghana. Are you telling me that you will be OK if you keep hearing in your news almost everyday that people from a particular country are committing crimes in your country. So Ghanaians don't hate Nigerians they hate what they hear them doing.
@akutamsilvernus2 жыл бұрын
@@DiplomaticLeges you don't mean to tell me of all the African countries Ghanaians decided to hate on only Nigerians for no reason. I can summarize the relationship between Ghana and Nigeria in a few words; each country thinks the other and its people are better than theirs. We love each other deeply...and the petty rivalry only accentuates rather than dim this love for each other. There was this incident where Ghana hosted a west African athletics competition in Kumasi comprising Nigeria, Ghana, Cote divoire, etc. Us Ghanaian athletes were the first to report to the athletes' hostel followed by Cote D Ivoire...so for a few days Ghanaians and Ivorian athletes kept visiting and interacting with each other in a friendly way....but as soon as the Nigerian team arrived at the hostel....all hell broke lose....."our brothers have arrived"!.....from that moment right till the end of the competition the Ghanaian and Nigerian athletes were tightly 'knotted' with each other always in each other's rooms eating together, playing cards , Scrabble etc. The change in attitude of the Ghanaians towards the ivorians were not lost on the Ivorians,...they were not happy. It was on that day in 1989 that I realized the kinship between Ghana and Nigeria is an unbreakable bond. Long live our brotherhood.

Ghana and Nigeria are like two brothers. They fight each other but you dare not fight one in the presence of the other. This friendship I wonder exists between any other two countries in Africa.
