What worked for me : - drinking apple cider vinegar on a daily basis - applying coconut cream on my scalp and leaving it for 30 minutes - applying castor oil on my scalp and leaving it for 1 hour (or even overnight) -> this saved my hair. After hair extensions I had lost A LOT of hair, a true nightmare. Within a month I was fine again. - using finely ground coffee added to my shampoo - inversion method (cleaning my hair head down)

I was 12/13 years old when I lost a lot of hair. It came out in chunks due to hormonal imbalance (the start of puberty). I had 3 bald spots. After about a year, it settled itself. My mom got me some vitamin (hair growth) pills and a lotion for my scalp, but that was just to "make me feel better" and did not actually help the issue that much. Patience is all that worked. Patience. It's invaluable. It will grow, about 1/2 inch a month. But it will ultimately grow back after whatever made it came out is fixed.

@Sharjeel Hussayn just mix castor oil with another lightweight oil I used sesame oil but make sure that the quantity of castor oil is half of the other oil as it is too thick and for sure you need to use pure castor oil because some of the branded ones are fake and do not work (I based on her DIY you can search on her channel if you'd like to see details)

Wow the second point you make is so true and I actually just had this realization the other day!! My hair at the top is somewhat fine and when I put castor oil on my scalp noticed it would pull on it and ended up breaking off some of my new growth… I definitely think it depends on the oil your using. Instead I now use more light weight oils on my scalp like almond oil or amla. Even olive oil is fine for me. I also read somewhere that coconut oil is not suited for all hair types . Anyways, You have beautiful hair and skin and thank you for the tips 😍😍

Dandruff or in its worst form: SD aka seborrheic dermatitis actually is an overgrowth of fungus on the scalp, and oil (your own) or added oils will *feed* that fungus and make the issue worse, that is why I never ever put oil or conditioner on my scalp. Length? Fine there, but scalp? No!

Then my ends will thin out a bit even when I leave the hair in braid..... I totally agree not all oils will work it makes my hair fall out I can only use Neem oil and coconut oil every 6 months. I had my hair length below my butt though I was proud of the length, the hair was literally dead with dryness, frizz, split ends plus the rough wispy ends 😖 and of course Excessive Hair fall. So a lot of things, all at once which I hated. But finally, I had a big trim of 4-5 inches 😅 though I feel free and hair looks thick it's still dry and frizzy overall + I miss my length 😢 Well, I will commit to growing my hair healthy from now on 💗✌️🥰 P.S. I'm a BeautyKlove's follow since 2014 😉 ...though I had commitment issues with my hair as I would always cut it after growing long for 2-3years 😬. My last cut was 2018 and this the next big cut after that. This year one of my goals is to commit to long hair for 5 years 😅🙌.

That's a good progress. You don't need to trim a lot. 1/2 inch is fine to remove and you don't need to trim every single month. :) Or start to just individually trim the particular hair that has split ends. :)

And started using light oils on hair like camellia oil and grapeseed oil. Now my hair has become thicker, darker and stronger like never before. @zainabtanweer29102 жыл бұрын
You have to trim it, do it little by little. If the top of your hair is thick then you'll definitely get thicker hair all the way with patience and making sure you and your hair is healthy.
@beautyklove2 жыл бұрын
As your hair grows longer if you don't trim it your ends are going to look wispy or thin, so you do need to trim it a little bit. You don't really need to cut a lot. It could be half an inch if you really want to keep the length of your hair. The reason my ends appear thick it's because it's in one length and I always trim it. :)

Dont massage and dont comb right after oil and use light oil like almond and flaxeed oil and plzzz dont massage your hair
@sumaiyamim50532 жыл бұрын
Well, as you apply oil, you need to massage your scalp so that the hair root can absorb the nutrients and moisture from the oil. And as you massage your scalp, weak hair tends to fall out. Its normal if your hair fall rate is 100 per day. If your scalp is fine without oiling, you don't need to do it.
@shahijannat87532 жыл бұрын
@@sumaiyamim5053 When I massage my hair, more hair falls out, I have massaged downwards, but the result is zero. My hair is 34 inches long, but as my hair grows longer, so does my tendency to lose hair. And my hair is getting thinner..😭😭😭
@sumaiyamim50532 жыл бұрын
@@shahijannat8753 yes I do too 😭 you can follow some tricks. - do not massage your scalp regularly. Comb your hair twice a day. - massage your scalp while you are oiling. But slowlyyyyy with fingers (3 day per week if you have dry scalp). Keep it for 1/2hr then shampoo and follow up with a conditioner. - use a wooden comb/paddled brush or any comb with widened teeth. Start combing your hair from the ends to the scalp. - increase protein intake (seeds, nuts, egg, veggies) and lots of water. - use lukewarm water while showering. Dont stress it, sis. Hair that's weak and has gone to resting phase will fall out sooner or later. Maintain a healthy lifestyle. That will prevent your hair from going to resting phase soon. I'm still struggling but trying to maintain the above mentioned tips. Also, hair and skin takes time to show a good result (6mon to year). So, Don't stress it! Your hair will grow only when its getting good vibes from inside 😊 hope this helps!

Oiling the scalp? if you have a condition like dandruff then okay, but you shouldn't put oil directly on scalp as you are causing a build up and clogging your follicles. All oils should be applied to the ends of your hair . I hope people realise this 😅
