Hello there! I hope you will reply back. I am losing so much hair! It’s starting to worry me. I am going to be going to the doctor sometime this week. They are going to draw my blood to see what could be the cause. Or if it’s possibly thyroid. I was washing my hair only once a week because I was scared how much hair was falling out. Now I’m washing it twice a week. My scalp is itchy and just so much hair is falling out I have no idea why. I do take vitamins I take a multi vitamin, vitamin d3 and A collagen for hair skin and nails. Could you please help me. What could it be?

Hi!(: If the suggested clove rinse is 3 times/week and hibiscus rinse is 2 times/week, is it too much to do the rinses on alternate days? Monday (clove); Tuesday (hibiscus); Wednesday (clove); Thursday (hibiscus); Friday (clove)? Alternatively, would it be ok to mix both clove and hibiscus rinses together and apply them at the same time?
