This was very insightful information. I have never fasted and I think I want to try it. I want to feel a stronger connection with God. I have heard it can also release demons within you. Not that you’re possessed, but things that are holding you back from having an abundant connection with the Lord. I know there are things I need freedom from.

It's so true, Keenan and for everyone watching this. You will hear the Holy Spirit so much clearer and you will be more bold to act when you hear Him. In seasons where I was diligent in prayer in fasting I saw waaaay more people healed. I saw a deaf ear open, cancer leave, I had dreams of people healed that came to pass a couple days later, visions, words of knowledge and the list goes on. I take no credit other than being a willing vessel to bring Him glory!! Also, "The Atomic Power of Prayer and Fasting" by Franklin Hall is a great read. He teaches you everything you need to know, what to expect and how you'll physically feel during a fast plus much more. Thanks for all your videos, Keenan. Hey, good video. Consistent theology. However it's not really a complete guide on fasting more just like an introduction. I can attest to the power of fasting. I think it's only natural that we try to put God in a box and practices such as fasting in a box. However, God's kinda got plans to amaze us more and more continuously forever.
