one of my peeves of SEAL Team is that the SAW has a silencer on it at all times. Would that really happen, never seen it in any other show with SEALS.

@@TopgunphotoThere are a few times it doesn’t have a suppressor. And it is not uncommon to see SAWs with suppressors when muzzle flash is a concern (I.E at night or during an ambush) but I could be wrong.

Thank you, I know nothing of guns besides hearing a suppressor would cut down on distance so when I see it used outdoors in the day and clearing people a good distance away just struck me as strange

@@Topgunphoto Suppressors themselves don’t really reduce range at all unless you use subsonic ammunition. They really are meant to reduce the muzzle flash and quiet your gun enough to where you can shoot it without hearing protection. All a suppressor really does is contain the excess gas that comes out of your barrel.

I love beers and breakdowns and will watch any episode. If you are asking for feedback I love when you do seal team and other shows that have more realism. But as I write this I realize it is also fun when you do shows like this one because it gives you guys the opportunity to poke fun at all the whacky stuff the less polished shows do and that ends up being comedy gold. So to sum it up I would never watch this show but I will always watch you guys break it down. Killing it as always guys

You asked so I'll answer.. As far as continuing to do this show I think not. It's ok but I don't think worth your effort. At the time this show came out along with Seal Team, Six, and Valor. Seal Team stood the test of time. Six had potential but I think was hindered by being made by History/AMC. So budget was tight. I've said this before , but I think you should really do Season 2, Episode 17 , of The Unit; Dark of the Moon. It's an episode that can stand alone without having watched any of the previous episodes. It would be great to get a couple of Special Forces dude's assessment on how to prepare a LOG camp for defense against an opposing force. I've commented in previous "Beers and Breakdowns" about doing this episode simply because I don't think you'll ever get to it without sticking to the "order of march" of watching and discussing each episode in order. Watch this episode and you'll see what I mean about it being a stand alone.
