Thank you for this video! I am at the age I can start babysitting and I am babysitting a 1 and 4 year old very soon! I asked most of these things but this helped. They are VERY close neighbors so things like going in the kids rooms and outside is okay. But this helped alot!

For number 4 what if it’s something that might end up being harmful to the kids or someone else and for number 6 what if it’s a very cruel punishment

These are both very "fine line" issues. You have to be very, very careful. If you feel it is inappropriate or harmful, talk to someone you trust like your parents and get their opinion before reporting anything.

As a babysitter we dont watch any screens during the time I am there. What we will do is play hide and seek or the floor is lava. They are little kids so they can deal with 2-4 hours with out screens.

You can take a babysitting course online or if they offer classes in person in your area you can do that. I will be offering an online course in a couple of months.

You are never too young to build your knowledge though! You may not be able to physically work with kids but you can sure do the research on how to work with kids in a fun and safe environment!
