Sadly there are so many and some people can't see the illness, because they look to healthy which through people off and make them think they are faking. With me though it's always been pretty obvious that there's something wrong with me because I'm hooked to an infusion for 12 hours, used assistive devices in past, had a brace mobility service dog in public....but when you take away all that I look completely normal minus being short, but if you watch me walk you can see something is a bit off especially if start walking like a drunk from ataxia 😂😂😂 or do what did Disney 3 times collapse on the floor 💀 I can't stand wearing my leg braces anymore more so I don't and been trying build my leg muscles but you can only do so much with a muscle disease. I typically don't issues with well it's least not cancer thing except people on games are ignorant, but once see the proof there no judgement it's pretty obvious I've been through alot and all the pics show it
