Great video. Something i need to change is that i don't give offers without pictures of the property. That alone definitely cost me potential leads. i once received a purchase and sales agreement in the mail in 2021 stating in the agreement that i agreed to an offer for my house for 190k... i called the investor and told him first of all i never received a call from you and secondly told them i never agreed to 190k ( HOUSE IS WORTH AROUND 800K IN TODAYS MARKET) and thirdly its not for sale. he didnt say nothing and hung up the phone on me ... attitude? what some investors do to trick you into a property... im afraid an elderly person would sign such a thing and get tricked into that

you need to be able to sign a contract legally

Do you have a parent that can open the company? The company/executive can sign the contracts. You can make the calls,, analyze the deal, negotiate the deals. You're old enough to be an employee. Also, when you need to appeal to authority, it will be legitimate. You might say "I need to confirm with the CFO, or CEO. When other people say that, they are often playing a role, but you'll be telling the truth because you're an employee of the company, not the executive.
