RIP Rachel and Dame Deborah James 💔. Deborah helped save my life and she will now never know 😥💔💔. I feel like I knew her and I can't the her enough. So sad watching this. I've never seen this one before

Rip my friend , but Yes it's hard to accept the reality of cancer or any other life taking disease , so therefore we all need to be reminded of the harsh Truth that Cancer does kill. Until people realize that fact , the less they are to seek out treatments ! So in my professional opinion , it's always better to not sugar coat anything !
