...yeah, I think this is almost where I fit in. I like Don Giovanni (and can sing (badly) some of the arias on a moment's notice -- Leporello's mostly) and of course I enjoyed various cartoon interpretations of bits of opera (Bugs Bunny, natch, but also others)... but the other operas I've tried haven't managed to engage my interest. And I definitely appreciate the artistry in rap lyrics, but rap and hip hop are still mostly not part of my (quite broad and eclectic) listening habits. But yes, this sort of thing, I could totally listen to.
