I think that all of the Paths are persistent in gameplay. The Main Paths; Hunt, Abundance, Erudition, Destruction, Harmony, Nihility, Preservation. Are all playable Paths. Equilibrium is literally the World Level System, no question there. As well as the High Morals System. Beauty is Eidolons. (Long textbook description short, Eidolons are shades that represent an idealized person (E0) or better (E1-E6)) Remembrance is Lightcones, and Forgotten Hall. Permanence is the Vidyadhara Race. Propagation is the Swarm (sounds like a future enemy we will face) Enigmata is the History Fictionologists (in the Data Banks talking about History Fictionologists, it’s revealed that this Entry was edited multiple times, and will no longer be updated so … yikes. Also, History Fictionologists are apparently Emanators of Enigmata … so even more yikes!) Elation is the Masked Fools, especially Sampo, so we’ve already encountered Elation. Trailblaze, do I really need to explain this one? Finality, we’ve yet to encounter Finality in the game, but considering that suspicious lack of info on it, it will undoubtedly make a grand appearance down the line somewhere and somehow. Voracity is a Leviathan, the IPC is hiding, and fabricating information about Leviathans, so we might get to meet Voracity in some fashion (maybe in Simulated Universe?) so that we can get some true information. Order was assimilated into Harmony, so we might be getting an interaction with Order alone when we encounter Harmony? Idrk, assimilated doesn’t mean gone, just absorbed. And I think that is all? I don’t think I missed any?

Ok for Order being assimilated I think its just straight up gone as order is just a form of harmony and thus it disappeared because harmony already technically encompassed the idea. Its a fusion of the 2 paths but the one that is a bigger overall ideal is the one that gets to keep going around. there would be no need for us to meet order as order is just harmony but more specific so talking to harmony would be the same thing anyway.

@@fancymustache3793 yeah, I think so as well, I guess I was just sorta hoping that we would get more info on that path before the assimilation, like what exactly was it about, and what is its history. That kinda stuff, you know? There’s a chance that in order to understand Harmony, we first have to understand Order. After all, assimilation just means “to take an idea and fully understand it”

@@shyamakpal and we kiiiindaaaa see them in the Light cone “On the Fall of an Aeon”, this Light Cone shows us Tayzzyronth, and if you look just below the Aeon, you see many many tiny dots. This is obviously the swarm, and I don’t really know if that counts or not but … there they are!

I have a feeling the stellaron hunters may follow terminus the finality, since Elio in particular seems to know how the story ends which lines up pretty nicely with the finality nd how terminus "moves backwards through time"

Updated, it's real bro/sis, after 2.3 update, Stellaron Hunter are one of faction that follow Terminus/Finality. ⚠️Spoiler!!!⚠️ According to Elegy, a member of the Creed Exequy, Finality is the end of other Aeons and Paths: Finality causes amber to rupture, immoratality to wither, music to mute, light arrows to dim, the Dark Sun to be reduced to ashes, and the Tavern to be covered in dust. Even Destruction itself cannot be spared from destruction. Yet, Finality isn't the end of everything. All things will originate from there and move on to the next Finality.[1]

Any paths could actually exist. Its just that a broader path would engulf the weaker related path. If you believe in something so much, you could become its Aeon.

Aeons are pretty much gods from Warhammer, no? Beings that represent various concepts and exist outside of material world observed by humans. They're immaterial and that's why Simulated Universe was created to study them - Simulated Universe creates a model of a material world and yet Aeons can appear in it despite not being a part of the model.

They do physically exist its just very rare to see one and.....live. I mean theres an aeon that is a super computer. Theres evidence that any intelligent life form can ascend into an aeon and create a new path so I dont think theres any reason they would just stop physically existing.

If im not mistaken, the aeons do exist within the physical universe (like nous just being a literal computer) whereas im not sure if the chaos gods can on their own will. I know that the demons associated with them especially the stronger ones require someone to call them into real space through rituals and I imagine its the same like with the eldar gods. So my guess is that the aeons are more like the c'tan who are physical gods and not immaterium ones like the chaos gods

I have a personal theory about this actually. It is said in the Data Banks that the Mirror Holders have a very unique mirror in their grasp. They confirm that Idrila the Beauty has indeed died (and the Knights of Beauty believes that Idrila is still alive … this is just a false belief) When Idrila died, her divine body became fragments of mirrors that spread throughout the cosmos. These mirrors do not reflect material world, but instead reflects what is considered by the beholder as “beauty” and project that into reality. (A short description of the Mirror Holders say that when they stare into the mirror, they do not recognize the face that stares back … it literally changed their faces to match up with their concept of beauty.) these mirrors are called Mirrors of Transcendence. Ok, so what does this have to do with March 7th? Simple, March 7th is what Idrila considered as beauty, so the Mirror of Transcendence projected her into reality. After all, is Idrila not considered a beholder of the Mirror, as they are the very Mirror itself? So yeah, March 7th is the creation of Idrila, a literal Demi-Aeon … wicked to think about. This would explain why March 7th has no memories about anything, she doesn’t have a past, she was just woken up for the first time in her life.

It would seem their gameplay paths are largely unrelated to their lore paths, and any that do are simply coincidence, such as jing yuan who is erudition but clearly follows the hunt, and all the belabog characters that follow preservatipn but vary wildly in path. It would seem in game paths are more of a indication of personality to a degree but the actual path they are following is different

Makes sense since her traces have names relating to beauty, but then again, the 6 phased ice she was in and the sense of duty to photograph everything seems to line up with the preservation... So I'm guessing she's somewhat involved between the two paths

I think the paths are just ideas but I view the aeons as beings that are just extremely fixated with the values or ideas of a specific path. Nous was once a computer who in the pursuit of finding the answer to the universe ascended to godhood

Let me preface this by saying its kind of an outdated video but yes, a path cant be destroyed only absored by a bigger one and yes it cant be 'closed' once its exists. As for tayzzyronth, arent they mentioned to have been killed off by qlipoth, theres a line in Ena's lore that mentions they made a deal and qlipoth kept their end but not ena. Anywhere specific that it mentions they were trapped? Just curious to know so I can correct my statements for future videos

Alright hear me out, when I wrote it out I wanted to include Mobius but because I had no clue about honkai impact ( i never played it) I worried i would mention something wrong so I thought maybe better to leave it out. Also I was going for some theme of ouroboros being a giant snake and was tempted to include the honkai reaction form but end up forgoing that. These choices will now forever haunt me 😂
