Wow, that really took some digging!! Looks like it was first performed by The Dream Engine in 2006, and then adopted into "Bat Out of Hell: The Musical" in 2017. The Dream Engine was a group of singers who performed only Jim Steinman's songs, but it looks like they mostly performed live. Wikipedia states that they did studio recordings, but I haven't been able to find of them. Spotify doesn't have anything either. So yeah. Bit of a mystery, this one. I'm really glad it came to light somehow though, it's glorious!!
