You see how Mother Nature thinks of everything: in the Northern countries there is less sunlight but there are types of food that have massive quantities of vitamin D (specifically because those animals need to store more vitamin D in their bodies specifically because there is no sunlight) , like herring for example, and in general an animal of a species will have more vitamin D in its meat relatively to a more southern one of the same species.

As someone who‘s family comes from russia / kazakhstan, it is unfortunately insanely common to use seed oils and you definitely see the consequences from it. A lot of people have diseases like arteriosclerosis and diabetes in their 40s causing them to get very ill at their 50s and 60s. Beef fat is available, yet expensive, therefor people use the cheaper option. The more wealthy people which are also more stressed from work buy it, and they still always turn out to be healthier and turn older.

Avoid fruit until you have reached your goal. The purpose/function of fructose is for it to get converted into body fat. The more fruit (sugar) you eat the more body fat the body will make. Low sugar fruits like Cucumber, tomatoes, bellpeppers, eggplants, etc... won't interfere with weightloss. And if you really wanna eat sweet fruit eat things that have a good Sugar/Vitamin C ratio like oranges, Kiwi, berries.

Could someone explain why seed oils are bad
@GoatisReviewsАй бұрын
All seeds are toxic. Seed oils are the oils pressed out of them meaning that it's a very a concentrated form of the toxins. Some are even made from the seeds of flowers such as canola oil, which is pure poison.

@@GoatisReviews And also they are all rancid the moment you buy them, but they don't stink because they go through deodorization processes. None of them are raw, no matter what it says on the label. They have all been treated at ridiculous temperatures like 500° C.

Are sausages supposed to be eaten raw or cooked ?
@Luke-b3tАй бұрын
Sausages are mostly made with starch, spices, salt and other stuff. Once you have access to super high quality food, such as organs and brain you will stop craving this trash 😊

The weather for the most part. The people are also depressed with their bread and alcohol.

What's your take on frozen meat? I've read somewhere that it destroys the protein.
@ChingozpingozАй бұрын
Dont worry about it too much. The frequency stays the same.
@jorgen8569Ай бұрын
@susrepdoes does this also apply to frozen meat that is vacuumed sealed and then thawed out? I’ve been eating raw for a month now and I do get pretty thirsty and I get mild muscle twitches in my legs at night.
@Luke-b3tАй бұрын
Frozen is fine. Cooking is more destructive
