You see how Mother Nature thinks of everything: in the Northern countries there is less sunlight but there are types of food that have massive quantities of vitamin D (specifically because those animals need to store more vitamin D in their bodies specifically because there is no sunlight) , like herring for example, and in general an animal of a species will have more vitamin D in its meat relatively to a more southern one of the same species.

Dear doctor, I have a question. I am 17 years old, Japanese. On average, I eat 200g of raw beef, 8 raw eggs and 800g of homemade fermented yogurt as my staple food everyday. Sometimes I eat raw offal raw, but the Japanese stuff is not fresh and I suffered from food poisoning for a month before (laughs). Sashimi is cheap, so I eat it often.

As someone who‘s family comes from russia / kazakhstan, it is unfortunately insanely common to use seed oils and you definitely see the consequences from it. A lot of people have diseases like arteriosclerosis and diabetes in their 40s causing them to get very ill at their 50s and 60s. Beef fat is available, yet expensive, therefor people use the cheaper option. The more wealthy people which are also more stressed from work buy it, and they still always turn out to be healthier and turn older.

@@slaaayx Yep, interesting... sounds like a very common theme, it's like this in a lot of Slavic countries in fact, sometimes varies, but I have even been to many areas where the p3opl3 might be really poor, but yet they still had dignity, dressed with dignity and ate fairly well and lived off the land, but they just had absolutely nothing. The contrast of it all is stark, especially when you compare it to how lacking in class the "Amuricans" are and how tasteless they dress and take everything for granted. Totally worlds apart.

I has gastritis 5 years ago, gerd and ibs and it took me a year to heal. The diet they recommend me was white refined grains, lean meats, no high fiber vegetables. I did meat of all types, butter, cheese, low fiber fermented vegetables in small amounts, olive oil from my Grandpa's farm and it healed me. I am not perfect but most of my meals are 90 percent or more just meat now, mostly beef. Anytime I have attempted to eat grains again my body rejects them and pushes them out via acne, body odor etc. I am thankful that I can eat mostly beef, heavy cream and great cheese.

Avoid fruit until you have reached your goal. The purpose/function of fructose is for it to get converted into body fat. The more fruit (sugar) you eat the more body fat the body will make. Low sugar fruits like Cucumber, tomatoes, bellpeppers, eggplants, etc... won't interfere with weightloss. And if you really wanna eat sweet fruit eat things that have a good Sugar/Vitamin C ratio like oranges, Kiwi, berries.

All seeds are toxic. Seed oils are the oils pressed out of them meaning that it's a very a concentrated form of the toxins. Some are even made from the seeds of flowers such as canola oil, which is pure poison.
