Right goatis. I usually eat meat, dairy, rice, and eggs. My skin fluctuates when I eat carbs. My skin gets better when I cut it out

Thick eyebrows look really bad except on a few phenotypes such as Italians. What would I need thumbpulling for? Not that there's even proof that it works. Do you mean body fat? My body fat is already very low, if anything I should gain fat.

I want to be strong. I do it because I like to look at myself in the mirror. Sometimes I do it because I want people to see me as beautiful. I want to elevate my version of myself. What I want to say is that I don't understand the point of this video. Even she's lying about her lifestyle but I still do her videos once a week. So far, this video doesn't threaten my life lol. I want to try her exercises and her respices, but I'd rather find my version of myself than her version. Don't like exercise that makes you tired? I do * for myself * to be a healthy me. I do * for myself * to overcome stress and depression with joy. I do * for myself * to be confident whether people are looking at me or not. I do * for myself * to look beautiful when I look at myself in the mirror.I do it * for myself * because I want to be confident when dating loved ones regardless of the occasion. Don't you like people doing things for * themselves *? If they want to do things for themselves, they have to do it * themselves *. No one can do it * for themselves * . (((EDITED - I have to say something funny because I remember something. I watched a video about two years ago by a guy with muscles. The summary of his video was "Love yourself, accept yourself, don't exercise" )))

Sorry, I had to keep pausing the video in cringe from seeing parents feeding their babies broccoli, watching them cry, and laughing about it. Also, the school thing, too. I hate telling my little brothers to do their homework and I hate telling them to take pills so they behave themselves. I always found it wrong to medicate children for behavior issues, but at the same time was stumped on how else to make them happy and well behaved without medicating them. This is the answer. Whenever I have steak that's rare, my brothers always ask for some. I had some raw liver and one of them said it smelled sweet. I was like yeah, it tastes sweet, too. I try to give them as much meat and animal fat as I can. They're still hooked on junk and grains and seed oils. Funny (not) how my mom will buy that stuff for them (and for me and herself) but when I eat a lot of meat she has a problem that I ate "more than a serving". She doesn't understand listening to your body even though I tried to explain it to her, she's always right. This turned into a mini rant, but honestly people need to be more informed on the truth about this stuff

When I first started watching your videos, everything you said made sense. It just clicked in my head like I knew it deep down but never questioned or looked into it. I wasn't brainwashed and was open to keto, then carnivore, and then what you promote. I never really paid attention to being healthy before I graduated from high school. I just ate whatever and have/had a lot of problems that came with the decision to eat whatever: overweight; acne (very bad at one point at an early age but it got better); painful periods; my mom said I was born with a hairy body, but I know that's not normal; I have an overbite (it's small, though, it's not like my upper jaw is protruding or anything); my mom also says I have autism (she raised me on soy milk, I think?); I think I have mild depression but idk about that. All of her kids have some sort of mental illness or deformity. I'm 23 now, almost 24, and I'm hoping to change myself by eating naturally. I've had raw meat and organ and milk quite a bit whenever I could afford it and want to make it my full diet. It's really sad how far we've gone as a society and has humans in general. It's a good thing not everyone has been affected by the poisons of modern society, but it should not have ever gotten to this point... And to think it's all to fund those at the top. Our non-existent "health" is a business to big pharma, the food industry, the government, and whomever else is supporting eating a crappy diet. I wanted to just own my own home, hunt my animals, and live a happy life like that and writing my books and maybe find a partner to start a family... But now, I'm thinking of doing that and becoming a nutritionist and get my degree in food science and study human biochemistry and anatomy. I suck at science and math, though, so not sure how that'll work out. I just want to help get the word out. I'm making weekly progress reports to myself on my diet and how I feel and what I'd like to change going forward. My first goal is to lose weight and join the Navy. If everything goes well, I'll spend a few months exercising and eating what they serve us until I graduate and am able to afford to eat healthily on a regular basis. Sharing this video with my friends. One of them already has a kid. Let's hope she watches this. And hopefully my mom will see my progress and save her last three children while they're still young and herself. Thank you, Goatis, for putting this together 💖

Great points about nutrition and hormonal health as always Goatis. I'm from Portugal, a nice country to grow tall and handsome in because we have access to a lot of good-quality meat (muscle and organs), fish, blood (from pigs), and pasture-raised eggs. Not good-quality milk and butter though, since they're always pasteurized. However, the problem with being born here is that most people are either too poor or too ignorant, and in many cases, both unfortunately, about nutrition. This contributed to the current average male being only 5'7 (exactly my height btw) and the average female only 5'3.5. A shame really. Also, teenage men tend to play a lot of football, just like I did, since most fathers like football and want their sons to like it too. This fact makes me conclude that what you said about using up HGH and other hormones to repair the damage created during long periods of exercise is correct. I never even thought about that.

I'm from Eastern Europe and when I visited the USA, the scariest thing for me was the realization that almost everyone there was on some sort of prescribed psychoactive pill. For the Americans it's totally normal and accepted and they thought I was weird when I told them that I'm not taking any pills at all, not even aspirin. It is really scary when you realize that almost no one around you has a sober mind. It is also mind-blowing that you will find nothing about this crazy fact on the internet, so videos like this are not a surprise for me at all. You must understand that this nation is basically lobotomized.

I've read that faking a personality/identity especially alternating the voice is some form of serious personality disorder. People who are able to do that have a lack of consciounce/normal attachment and are capable of the most horrible acts without any reason. A example of someone who altered her voice is Elizabeth Holmes known for her imaginable company Theranos.

What does it mean when I feel wide awake but kind of tired at the same time? It happens every time I switch to a natural way of eating. I wake up early, full of energy but still either my mind is still groggy while my body is raring to go or vice versa. Maybe I just didn't eat that way long enough to not feel tiredness, but what do you think? I get tired a lot and sleep a lot but I don't really exercise. If I do, I'm either practicing tennis or going for walks, but even on days I do neither, I get tired pretty early on in the day. It's been happening for a while. Didn't happen much when I was in college but maybe that's because I had friends there and now I'm stuck in my house doing nothing with no friends. I'm going keto to lose weight. Should I up my fat intake even though I have a lot of stored fat already?

you need raw meat and fat. I only eat 1 tbs of orfanic glyphosate free honey so 17 g of carbs and have really high energy levels. I eat 2-4 pounds of raw ground beef a day 85/15 and eat eggs, liver, brain on top of that. Im 6'4 190 pounds. Slowly stop eating crabs its such a terrible energy source. Get in ketosis by eating tons of fat and protien
