I eat whatever I want and it’s usually balanced meals. I like to add veggies and other nutrients to my meals too. Since I intermittent fast 16+ hours, I usually eat 1 or 2 big meals + snacks most days and it works for me since I work late afternoon

A diet isn’t about just eating vegetables and very small amounts of food, it’s about balance. It’s good to follow the 80/20 rule where 80% of foods you eat are whole and healthy and 20% are unhealthy or less healthy foods that you enjoy. Healthy isn’t healthy if you don’t have a little bit of unhealthy.

Also I am a Indian 🇮🇳 vegetarian so for protein I eat:- 1. Cotton cheese 🧀 2. Black chickpeas 3. Tofu ( very high in protein) 4. Soya bean (36 gm protein per 100gm) 5. @@yashhaldaniya6625 I honestly don’t know, therapists and doctors don’t help for nothing tho at least for me, I’m more of a logical person so it took me like 2 months to realize that I was being monitored and that there was no way for me to get around it. So I just kinda stopped and gave up honestly. I do think another thing that helped tho was the fact that my mom told me she wasn’t going to let me get to the weight I was before (I was overweight before) and that I could be skinny if I wanted to, just not deadly skinny. And that’s what happened, the doctors wanted me to get to like 135 ish (I was 4’10 when they decided that) but my parents just made me stop at around like 88-95 (now I’m 5 foot), and I’m still perfectly fine, I eat what I want in a healthy way, I do a healthy amount of exercise daily and rest on weekdays, and all of this happened between 3 months of getting told that I shouldn’t have even been alive still from how awful my ED was. Personally, I read a lot on recovery and found that none of them are the same, it all varies a lot and it’s just finding what’s right for you!

I have this exact same problem, I eat really clean it’s just really low carbs and the carbs are coming from fruits and veggies, but I eat a lot of meat and mostly red meat and chicken. I just got a cheap whey protein but hope this doesn’t cause me to break out but I hope the milk fats from kefeir and Greek yogurt help me out

Bread is fine. When buying it, just check the nutritional label. Make sure it doesn’t have excess sugar (check the “Added Sugar” part of the label) and make sure it has fiber (at least three grams per serving)! Oh, and sugar-free stuff may or may not have sugar alcohol in it (not sure from the last time I checked), but you can check. (Source: something a professor mentioned when asked about bread during a lecture; she is a nutrition professor.)
