CPC, Non Democratic Party, and Bloc should all vote non- confidence on a bill. If not the NDP then some dissenting Liberal MPs could vote non confidence, but that is highly unlikely. More likely is we don't get an election until October 2025, sadly. Prorogation will prevent any non confidence vote for many months.
