Protecting your capital is much more important than making money. Basically because if you lose your capital, making money is much harder. ''Missing the train'' vs. ''losing your money''. There are a lot of trains, but if your money is gone, it's over.

Nice. People often underestimate financial advisors' importance. Over 50 years of data reveal that those who work with advisors typically earn more than those who go it alone. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate the stability of the market and precisely when the change is going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past 4months according to Bloomberg.

These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $89k now to put in the market.

Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money. I know someone who made over $350k in this recession influenced market, but to the best of my knowledge, it was through a financial advisor.
@Jamessmith-126 ай бұрын
Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $21k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

I think a lot of it comes down to mindset. Wealthier people see money as a tool for growth, while most people are just trying to stretch their paycheck. It’s like they have this whole different playbook when it comes to building wealth
@Churchillhump22682 ай бұрын
Exactly, and part of that playbook is knowing how to make their money work for them. They don’t just save; they invest. And they don’t just invest randomly-they make really strategic decisions, whether it’s in stocks, real estate, or even ETFs. I think having a financial plan is a huge part of that
@Annie22292 ай бұрын

That’s a good point. A lot of people might not realize that getting advice like that doesn’t have to cost anything upfront. As a newbie about to invest, you most have this four things in mind! 1. Have a long-term mindset. 2. Be willing to take risk. 3. Be careful of money usage, if you're not spending to earn back, please stop spending. 4. Never claim to know: Ask questions and it's best you work with a financial advisor.

Invest judiciously, keep a stop loss figure. Shuffle between debt and equity wherever the ratio goes too off your target. As for the target, I recommend a Ratio like this Debt % should be equal to your age in years. If you are 20, debt is 20%, reset in equity. If the market falls or rises drastically, your debt % will change, which you should rebalance to 20% and bring back equity to 80%. Thus you would have bought low or booked profit depending on if it was a crash or a bull run.

Effective personal finance management is more important than the amount of money saved, regardless of whether income is earned through job or investment. Individuals can seek counsel from a certified financial advisor to optimize financial outcomes, who can provide specialized advice and methods to decrease expenses and maximize income.
@joshbarney1145 ай бұрын
I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day investment decisions being guided by an advisor, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using my advisor for over 2years+ and I've netted over 2.8million.

@@joshbarney114 I appreciate the implementation of ideas and strategies that result to unmeasurable progress. Being heavily liquid, I'd rather not reinvent the wheel, thus the search for a reputable advisor, mind sharing info of this person guiding you please?

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.Making money is not the same as keeping it there is a reason why investments aren't well taught in schools, the examples you gave are well stationed, the market crisis gave me my first millions, people shy away from hard times, I embrace them.. well at least my advisor does lol.

My recommendation is to start by going through the video again and starting the easy actions recommended. Such as writing a dream list of everything you can think of that you want, giving yourself a score of everything in your life, imagine your life is perfect in every way, know that you can be/have/do anything you want, etc. You will start receiving opportunities and insights into bringing those things into your life. The future is digital. Every stock,.commodity, commercial & private real estate, piece of art, so on and so forth will be stored on Blockchain. So you are looking at an asset class worth 3 trillion now, will be worth thousands of trillions in the future. The banks & governments will determine winners and losers in crypto space. Look into ISO 20022 coins. XRP, xlm, xdc, hbar, Algo quant and a few more. This isn't my.opinion but the words of bankers that control global money supply say. DO NOT invest in BTC, ETH.. these are Judas goat that will bankrupt those who try to ride the crypto train into the future. The value is in the protocols, not the large price attached. Do not listen to the TV. It lies. Bless you and may you find financial freedom in the future
