This presentation is excellent. This is very helpful for a long term athlete with a below average EF and an above average SV with a low bpm and a high VOmax. When will the medical industry understand not everyone doesn’t fit into the typical cohort?

Question I've asked in other places and never got answered:- Why is the EF so reported on and seemingly significant, when it doesn't actually signify the amount of blood being delivered to the body with each beat-the stroke volume. I mean, your EF could be 65% but if it's only a teaspoon of blood-it will not be enough!?

3 D imaging of lv contraction given by observation sense slight more better EF% than 2 D imaging further u can compare 2d calculated EF from ur observation sense.

Please help me understand my ejection fraction better and how I can improve I'm only 34 went into hospital with a ejection fraction in the 20% range had shortness of breath been on medications feeling better did another 2 months later mri scan got 23% ejection fraction it got 3 percent better in 2 months been losing weight and eating better no shortness of breath really interested in see in my next election fraction haven't had any symptoms since the hospital or when i go on my walks but I wonder what is my chances of improving and getting better being that I'm still in my 30's Please help.......

They said my Ef was 10 😂. I told them that was impossible. I had sob but I could still run and move around normally. If your ventral is larger then normal your EF might be lower but putting out the same out put as some one with normal EF
