Purchasing my first 2 houses in UK is a testament to what smart financial decisions and perseverance can achieve. Bicester 150k 😂 I looked at the house you showed it was a shared ownership property with a rent of £800 a month on top of the mortgage. 150k will get you nothing in Oxfordshire.

To purchase a buy to let property you would need at least a 25% deposit. Can’t give exact tax advice but checkout the government website www.gov.uk/tax-sell-home

@boltmortgages if you looked at the Highlands and Islands you'd get a very different type of property for 150k or even NI and Wales . You'd be able to represent a varied cross section of what "150k can buy in different parts of the UK"
