I work for my local government and successfully tested for a position that would be a promotion for me. My application was pulled by 7 departments. I had 3 interviews in one day. I have always done well in interviews, but watched a few of your videos the night before. My interviews were on a Tuesday. By the time I got back from my third interview the second one called me back for a second interview on Thursday. By Friday morning I had an offer from the third interview. Friday afternoon I have been called in by 3 other departments that I will interview for this week. I did accept the offer, but if I get a few more it may be a negotiable opportunity for me to receive more than the expected 5% raise to the highest bidder.

Hi Richard, I have a first stage interview this week which I think is going to mainly be a chat through my CV and experiences. I have a couple of things on my CV which I have tried, but then dropped out of or never fully completed. I have a 3 year degree for example rather than a full honours degree. How I can I try and sell these as positives? Also how can I come across as someone who the company can invest in even if I don't have all the experience they would desire?

Focus on your passions, match these to the job description and just pull on experiences you have had from those events that back up why you are a great fit for the role :) I have a few videos on this that I think will really help you. Good morning,based on my knowledge. It's a program where an employer overseas (United States) might consider you to be hired if you have a good resume. They will pay for plane ticket and some provide housing where you would have to pay for rent while some you pay free of cost. I have sent a lot of resume on the sites they posted but just haven't received an email saying that I have an interview. So because your videos are good I was just wondering if you know much about resume too
