Hello I can use your help!!! We’re a new school that just opened and we are trying to get a PTO started but only 1-2 ppl show up idk where to begin or how to start

Hey Marena, I've put together all the steps to get a PTO going in this blog post ----> ptoanswers.com/how-to-start-pto/ Beyond the advice and info in the post, my best advice is to start slow and don't set sky high expectations. Most new things take a while to get going and PTOs are no different. Use that time to create a solid structure, get organized and plan. Christina

Hey Natalie, in my experience, PTO leaders get paid in smiles, hugs and friendship (but not money). :)
