It is a part of being a celebrity. They knew what they were signing up for. Plus… Chip never worked on the houses. He’s a real estate agent. They’d film him doing 2 hours of “demo” and then a crew would come in and do the work. He’d go back to selling homes. I loved the show but that’s reality.

Celebrities don’t get privacy. Whether they deserve it or not. If they did they wouldn’t be making as much money as they do. They knew what they were signing up for. Sorry, I like the show too but that’s just reality. Most of it is also scripted (as all reality tv shows are). Chip doesn’t work on the homes. He’s a real estate agent. They film him doing “demo” and then they bring in a construction crew. He’s off selling houses.

I wish I lived in Waco, Tx , or around there. That’s a great place to live. I’m from Dallas but I live in Utah. My kids are all here and they don’t want to leave the mountains. And,of course, Texas is not known for its mountains.

He films one hour of him knocking something down and he’s out. That’s all I’m saying. Also, a majority of the town of Waco, including city planners, hate what they’ve done. There were some interesting articles written on the subject. It’s not all what it seems.

I wonder why they don't correct that before putting out the video. One of the ways that I can tell it's an AI robot voice is that there are a lot of mispronunciations. Also, the voices tend to sound the same after a while. Like it's the same "person" but it's not a person at all.

Review your video carefully *all the way through* before posting. Always listen to your own productions and teach correct pronunciation of person & place names before posting. Stupid AI was enough to make me want to click off before finishing and certainly was enough to not earn a "Like" click. In this case, teach it that wherever it has "lead paint" in print, it must pronounce it as "led paint" and not " leed paint". Re-educate your AI speaker and re-record this, please. They don't sell lead base paint anymore except in paint used in road work. Lead based paint was used up to and through the 50's. In the situation of the Gaines, it was improper removal of lead based paint.

It is no longer made for residential use. It still has limited use in roadwork paint. The issue here was not the use of lead based paint, but improper removal.
