I'd take the first unit if the bathroom is updated a bit especially the scary looking shower stall. For the bedroom, I'd switch to a smaller double bed and change the orientation. Otherwise, looks adequate including the kitchen.

That’s interesting - in the UK many bedrooms don’t have fitted wardrobes, but this enables the user to choose the style they want, and also gives flexibility with room layout.
