how about doing a custom tube steel bash bar? that could potentially allow more air pass through compare to oem bashbar. or maybe it doesn't matter.

It's certainly a good idea.... As it is it works very well. When this was done, you can see I was wearing a t-shirt and sweating. When I drove the car I had a hard time getting to the point where the thermo fan would come on. In summer, at the track, if it gets hot I'll try drilling holes. If that fails holes in the bumper too. Maybe a custom duct? 😂 We'll see.

Yes, it does take that long to custom make even the smallest part.😅
