Being an addict causes anxiety because you know you’re letting everyone down... it’s a vicious cycle. You self medicate to escape reality, then you feel worse . Then you get clean and all the anxiety and depression gets worse, then you need to medicate to cope and you’re back on the merry go round. Good luck, one day at a time. It gets easier even though it’s torture. Eventually you realize that the torture of sobriety is way better than the torture of addiction.

Bless you all. There is a special place in heaven for all of you. Nicks anxiety started at the age of six and as so many others, self medication starts. Please don’t be afraid or ashamed to reach out for help. Much love💚💚💚❤️.

It sounds like you went through it, so crazy man. You literally got thousands of people who have your back. I can’t even imagine what you’ve been through, but so proud. Can’t wait to see you takeover man. You got such a good thing going

Being a former addict myself I hope nick does stick to it, he deserves the happiness of sobriety!!, I started drugs at 12 and have only been a month clean now at 24!, over half my life lost to the shit, there's so much out here to enjoy and I'm starting to love my own time again and not just zoned out doing random shit to keep occupied, sending love to all

@@jacksoldschool8651 nice dude, I'm still struggling with Adderall at 21 and pick up my script this Monday. I really hope I take it correctly this time around. I've done it before and know I can control myself if I really want to succeed 👍

Don't follow Optic too closely anymore, and when I did I never followed Maniac too closely, but he really does seem like a real ass dude. Glad he is doing alright

So proud man - sobriety isnt easy but you got thousands of people on your side. Keep working at it 💚 New vlogs from SobRieTiNiaC (working title)? - the journey to stay sober and help explain the difficulties in staying on course and showing the benefits of being sober. I think you’d have a ton of support and could help a lot of people along their journey as well. Proud of you Nick
