Adderall, or any amphetamines really, can definitely make you play better. It's crazy tbh. Studies have shown Methamphetamine increases hand eye coordination and reaction speed. Look at what Apex did with their ranked system. At first it was RP based off of placement & kills & assist. Problem was it was all about the placement points so everyone started to camp. How'd they fix it.? They increassd the cap off of the amount of RP you can get from kills and assists. They made it easier to gain positive RP in higher ranks.
