I love your channel, it’s the best!! I just graduated college in Georgia, USA. But I decided to take an adventure and now I am joining a small dogsled tour company in Alaska!! When people ask me what I am doing, I show them your videos, and when I need advice on getting clothes and equipment, I watch your videos too! I’d like to start recording videos like you do but I think for now I will focus on surviving and working hard. Thanks for the inspiration!!!

When I grew up we had a kennel, about half amount of dogs you have so I'm well aware of how much work there is to do and that's just a part of all the work. Today I went from Jokkmokk to Boden with a friend to visit a dentist, yeah it's a pain in the *** . Very good video.

Very good video, really shows the "behind the scenes". One thing, you must have a lot of storage building area just to keep all the equipment, and also a good size workshop to fix and maintain all the stuff. Do you have a "vårdcentral"? I have been in Jokkmokk several times but as a visitor never thought about it. Agree completely about the car thing, I live in southern Sweden but on the country side so I am depending on my car also.

We have a smaaaall workshop and work a lot outdoor. We need more storage space or less equipment. 😀 We are thinking about building a garage and workshop...but it's a lot of money. We got a good vårdcentral (healthy center) with doctors during daytime and ambulance if things goes wrong. We also have access to ambulance helicopter sometimes. ...but country lifestyle is not always easy... /Matti

it's so nice to see the videos. I have driven a lot to Narvik Tromso Alta Hammerfest Kirkenes and also often drove back to lower Sweden by Jokkmokk for work. it is a beautiful area where you live. Do you also have t-shirts or caps and can i order it? I have olso huskies in Holland and run a lot with them and maybe I can advertise for you. we are a big fan of yours and watch all the videos. my wife is a dental assistant if a dentist ever comes to Jokkmokk then she might be able to work and we will live in Jokkmokk 😃🥰

I have to ask- what is your coffee of choice? Always looks so good- especially with all the snow!

I use some different types. In Northern Sweden Löfbergs Lila is great. The water quality has to match the water. Don’t ask me how or why… But coffee that works in the north is not always the same as coffee that works in the south. Maybe it’s time for a video just about coffee! /Matti

Thanks. We usually don't take volunteers because it's easier to make the most job by ourselves instead of showing someone how to make all the things. We haven't found a good way to make this in a good way because it would also be nice with some help sometimes. /Matti

Hi Joost! We have two Border Collies, Annie and Johnny. They stand the cold pretty well, but they have jackets on at colder days. And if it's really cold like -25°C or colder, we try to leave them at home. They don't live in the kennel but indoors in our house. /Stina
