This is PR. Private equity sinks the target company into debt, using the money to pay themselves, and plunders all company assets, including pension funds, again to pay themselves, hence the term 'vulture fund'. Once in awhile they do turn a company around, like Bain did with Staples, but that is a rare exception, not the rule.

No doubts , A good way of growing and saving your money is through investing . You don't need to have much before you can invest. "That little money you have now can make you millions if you invest it wisely". I wasnt financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing is a grand choice I made
@vicahmed221 Жыл бұрын
@Alexed Martin Alright so generally, investing requires higher knowledge. For this reason, It's important to have a solid support structure (financial consultant) to guide you through especially in asset picking. I operate with (REGINA LOUISE COLLARO) an investment advisor who partners with a licensed wealth management firm. For the record, the experience has been the best for my finance. She is quite popular for her services so you might have heard of her. She made me financially stable investing through her help, now I earn on a monthly basis through her passive income strategy..So I’ll advise you do get a good Investment advisor for yourself.
@ugojazzy7812 Жыл бұрын
@Alexed Martin I recommend the services of Regina Louise Collaro, a US based financial advisor and consultant. She works with an international organization ,she has been very good to my financial journey as she is providing full & continues support till my financial goals are achieved. Finding a right financial consultant is as important as finding a right life partner, as they both play a make or break circumstances in your life. I am very happy that i have the right financial consultant, it has helped me in achieving my financial goals from education to nearly retirement.

In a closed end structure who protects the investor. In both structures who protect the businesses. If I was a small business owner there is no way I’m signing a deal that allows you to walk away with all profits after being so hands on. I would negotiate a piece of the pie for the end of the sale. That way it gives me a “grace” period to adjust after all the changes.

There are lots of mixed opinions about stocks and there projection in the next coming years, I aim for short term solid gains from market correction and I'd definitely jump on the boat if I knew a thing or two about day-trading, but then again what do I really know? @@fresnaygermain8180 Yeah, more reason I enjoy my day to day market decisions is that i'm being guided by a portfolio-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time, both employing profit-oriented strategy and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downtrends, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis, it's quite impossible not to outperform. @Joe Robert. I firmly believe everyone striving for financial independence should own both stocks and real estate. The percentage weighting of each asset class as part of your portfolio will then be up to you to decide. At least with stocks, when the market is plunging, you can sell, albeit at a loss. Lots of people couldn't sell their real estate, couldn't afford to sell in 2007-2011.

Private equity destroyed many establishes British high street shops. It seems a parasitic way of doing business. Staff end up getting sacked which tax payers need to pay benefits to. The business might be left with unpaid debt that others then have to deal with when the private equity vultures have left. The business is then left bankrupt.
