@@tonytaylor5087 One thing I kind of want to explore when I get the chance to put the parts together is seeing if the small reed block you guys offer would fit on a Schwinn Stingray or a Micargi Prince or similar, though it would probably still require an offset for the carb, I think, if I'm looking at things right, one should fit.

I also got the adapters as my beach cruiser nor mntn bike has disc brakes. Can you produce or post me a link to installing the adapters and calipers to a "non disc brake bike? Other than what I just said there and posted a second ago about the high compression heads so cold as it is but it’s not really mainly what it is is to give you a good area for a squeeze gap ring they call it in a tighter area underneath the spark plug combustion area And it’ll flow down easily into the gap where it compresses down and go straight down instead of in different directions other than that but the area that is left where it does not conform to the shape of the piston lowers the compression a little bit off of what it supposed to be So what it really does help you cool and gives you a little bit more efficiency in your power and combustion delivery and direction

@@tonytaylor5087 heavy is not your friend whenever you run out of gas and have to peddle through wet stuff. Studded tires I know already ride them a little low on air just like you you would go Rock crawling in the Rockies.

11:14 OH, so this is more about convenience than anything else? I misinterpreted the spirit of the video then. Still, being 281 lbs, and living in a hilly, rural areawith long commutes to and from work, I have had nothing but headaches with these little 2 strokes. To the point where I am considering abandoning them altogether, in spite of loving the sound and the smoke. If you have one of these kits and you want to do some real world endurance testing on it, please let me know, I'd be interesting in finding out if ANY of these engines are worth a damn.

Yes, a great and convenient place to start. If you’ve already messed with your gearing and haven’t had luck then probably get a 4 stroke as that’ll serve you better.

One thing that always keeps slipping my mind is the pz20 carb working with the box reed case and a self ported piston. opinion side would most pick a reed (box version) eith a ported over stock? and are therte any mods between carbs to those boxes etc pretty much mix and match?

my clutch was slipping. Im new to youtube. I love my motorized bikes. my clutch was slipping. I went all the way to the stopper screw and tightened the butterfly nut with clutch handle pulled in as see on youtube. blah blah, it is still slipping and its tight. my pads are worn to hell but there. Start it with a drill gun? I bougjh a one`way drive adapter but cant find a 5 sided adapter; Im a fan! rock on

QUESTION! why dont bike berry do a four stroke high performance engine series? is there a reason why no one really trys to do 4 strokes . you know most of the real motorcycles are now all four stroke engines . i know you have four stroke engine kits i get that but i just dont understand why thats all the farther its gone .

People do 4 strokes all the time, why you don't see much of that is cause you don't need much to make a 4 stroke bang. With 2 strokes you have so much to do it becomes a hobby on its own. Check out 4 stroke kart racing from 212cc to big block 390cc and above and you will see billet blocks, balanced cranks, velocity stacks and crazy billet heads with the valve train to boot. Sometimes you see superchargers but like I said it's easy to get a 4 stroke to make power than it is a 2 stroke which is more involved as you see with the video

A little secret is that the chamber in that so-called high compression head is shaped differently than the piston it’s a little flatter and the piston is a little more domed which means there is more area in the sides even though it does give you a decent little area that I guess it is a squeeze gap But it’s not really causing you to be high compression unless it shaped exactly the size of the piston head and you take the cylinder down so that you get an adequate squish gap and piston clearance all around then you have a high compression engine and you will need a compression release valve in my opinion

Yup, that’s why I don’t subscribe to them as high compression. It makes for a good name but I feel their contribution is more for the cooling and sealing aspect. I’m sure you’ve seen it but I did a video on how much compression they actually provide.

You have to shave them down, at least one mil, in order to see the performance out of it you will not get that much out of it though they’re still great at the end of the day that help out a lot with the cooling

Most of those kids and stuff you might increase your power of delivery a little bit but without adjusting your port timing in gearing and opening up that carbon take a little bit and your exhaust a little bit you’re not really gonna see much of a difference in power and speed

the pushbutton type clutch lock is better , but not nearly as durable , they tend to break without warning & are for the most part irreplaceable .so you end up having to replace the whole lever ,

A real expansion chamber " will make HP and have a pulling powerband" and if the cranks were better balanced for vibration & higher RPM , and the pot metal was all billet high grade aluminum, would be rad " but with the right expansion chamber really bring the motors to life" go-peds / scooters ect,

Could someone pls tell me why the “upgraded” ignitions wired backwards and the instructions tell u to wire backwards? Such a gimmick business. The exhaust combustion chamber that comes with the stage 4 f zero build does not fit were buy your pedals hit it or to get it in out of the way of pedals the other side of the crank case hits pedal chain..I 💬 no way may have the wrong part for my order if infact there is a way to mount it... anyone...please help🙂
