Oooo I never thought about having a folder with all my syllabuses in it (syllabi???😂😂). I usually just keep pdf versions on my laptop, but I might have to try printing them out and putting them in a folder for next year!!🤗

Hey Meredith! I think we have similar styles in clothing etc and I was wondering on your opinion for cute wedding colors! I love bright colors, but my fiancé doesn’t want it to look too girly and too pink. What color palette would you choose?

Oh my goodness- I am SO honored that you asked me this!! First- congrats! I hope the wedding planning is going well!! :) I think a good way to avoid the girly-ness while still keeping it bright & colorful is to have lots of green (so focusing on the greenery and plants) and then along with that having lots of different colored flowers!! (tbh I've always imagined my wedding looking something like this- www.pinterest.com/burnettsboards/rainbow-wedding/) My problem is that I love sooo many colors, so it'd be so hard for me to narrow it down! But I think mixing in blues, greens, and purples along with the pink is a good way to balance it out!!

Is it true that a lot of hot girls at Belmont University try to lock it down with a Vandy guy because they actually have a future, superior intellect and ability to bring home the bacon? Are Belmont guys pissed when Belmont girls try to upgrade?

Scott X-rated I haven’t responded to any KZbin comments in ages, but I figured this deserved a reply. Nope, that’s definitely not true! Belmont is full of some awesome, kind, intelligent, creative, hardworking, Godly men. Believe it or not, the “ability to bring home the bacon” is not every girl’s biggest expectation of/priority for a guy in a relationship. Many values far outweigh this standard, at least speaking for myself and most of the gals I know. In regards to “having a future” - this comment seems quite immature to me, if we’re being honest. Obviously guys at Belmont have a future (that will undoubtedly look different than the future of Vandy students, even just by comparing areas of study at the two schools) and many of them, I believe, will have an eternal future spent with Christ to look forward to as well. (And in my opinion, that’s the future we should all be working towards and longing for at the end of the day!) This is not to say anythinggg at all against Vanderbilt students! (My dad attended Vandy, and I have a few friends there too.) It is obviously a great school with high academic standards and achievements, which is wonderful. I admire the school in many ways! But there’s just more to life than only intellect, Scott :) I hope that over time you’ll see that we all define success differently. Do some Belmont girls end up with Vandy guys? Sure! (I can think of one that I know of off the top of my head.) But I actually know a lottt more Belmont girls that are with Belmont guys (including myself heyo!) that are very happy in their relationships. Your comments here are based entirely on the assumption that girls only value one thing in a relationship: financial gain. If I didn’t already make it clear, that assumption is false. Hope this clears some things up for you.
