I have a mini pouch of fidgets and other items to entertain me when i get bored after 45 seconds bc ADHD, three fidgets attached to my water bottle, and a tote bag in my car that serves as a calm down kit. My motto is "im the one that has to suffer through it" so idc if i have to bring a whole load of stuff with me, as long as im comfortable and my needs are met

Both me and my sister likely are autistic and we are so different when it comes to lip balm and lotion. I joke that I’m addicted to it cause I apply them so often and can’t stand the feeling of it not on me. My sister on the other hand couldn’t stand the feeling of lip balm or lotion until she was 13. She now will only use specific types. Even in a family autism can look so different

I can totally understand about the bag. I used my old bag for years, but the zipper broke, so I had to get a new one. But it was just perfect and I have not found one yet as good as the old one. I had my next bag for three years only, then the zipper broke as well, but it was not so good as the old one anyway. The bag I have now is ok, but not as good as the old one.

I used to hate lip balm couldn’t stand to wear it ever since I found Burt’s Bees lip balm I gotta have it on my lips 24/7 I used to be obsessed with the original Vaseline but it became to thick for my lips

I have headphones,corded ones. Might get a cordless pair and wear them to the grocery so people wont talk to me.😊

have you heard of air up it is pods on top of a water bottle and you can get different sented pods it is a lot eyer then carrying juce around with me all the time as I also strugel to drink water it was inen of the best perches in my life

I think I read somewhere that those fidget rings are also acupressure rings hence why they are slightly sharp/pointy.
