I remember they made a law a few years ago that ATM fees are illegal. All banks stopped for about six months, and then they all slowly brought them back. They are not even legal.

It's also about the government wanting to have a cashless society, and they are working with banks make it all no cash. How dare they even charge for a service, like to say hello. Come on Australia, it's time we crack down on banks and the government for that matter

Yes you are 100% right. Governments want to know what we do with our money no matter which party is in power. But a the rich and wealthy will always have a way around things. Time governments started to make the big end of town pay their taxes in Australia.
