Enjoyed this message, Mr. Lawrence. It felt like friends, sharing a 'cup-a ' at the park ! Up coming this week on the 4th, my family use to gather in the park for breakfast: cowboy coffee, juice, bacon, toast, scrambled eggs, hash browns ... then games ! We often had twenty to thirty people !!! It is a favorite memory of mine of my youth. THANK YOU ! Blessings, Grace and Peace for you in the coming week.

Great fish stories sir. I grew up in Huntington Beach and fished with my grandparents off the Newport Pier as my grandparents lived right near the pier in Costa Mesa. My grandma used to make sushi because the Bonita we're good back in the '70s and '80s. Sadly You're right you can't eat the fish anymore
