It is KaiserNeko doing the voice of Trunks, although funny thing about Silver’s VA. In the credits, it credited “Esu Onsti” as the voice, but if you look up the name, you get no results. Leaving many to believe that it was an alias (because backwards, it spells out as “it’s no use”, which is the phrase Silver is known for) & that DB got his official VA Bryce Papenbrook to do the voice. You’ll know him as the voice of Eren from AoT, Inosuke from Demon Slayer, & many others (he also voiced Sora in a previous DB).

The glitch in question is that mercy invincibility after taking damage didn't prevent Boss-Battle Silver from picking up Sonic or Shadow with Psychokinesis and throwing them again for an unavoidable finishing move. He would yell "It's no use!" when he caught Sonic or Shadow in the grab, and then "Take this!" when throwing them (and when throwing debris at them).

Yep, Trunks' VA was indeed Scott Frerichs, AKA KaiserNeko. Silver's VA, "Esu Onsti", is most likely Bryce Papenbrook, Silver's official VA in the Sonic games ever since Team Sonic Racing. Similar to the situation with characters like Sigma and Ichigo, the VA is hid behind an alias to avoid legal issues. The reference this time is simple: What does Esu Onsti spell backwards? Answer: *It's no use!* Which is a memetic phrase Silver is known for due to the boss fights against him in his debut game, the infamous Sonic '06. In that game, he says the line every time he grabs the player with his psychokinesis, before hurling them into a wall. In Sonic '06, this can lead to the player getting stuck an in infinite loop. Also a fun fact: In the comics, Silver's actually gotten sick of people saying that line.

I disagree. Dragonball fans (and just anime fans in general) are known for completely flying off the handle whenever their characters lose. There’s even that one channel who “debunks” every video where a Dragonball character loses by giving them completely wanked up stats and lowballing the winners and still has the gal that he thinks Death Battle should apologize for each battle where a Dragonball character loses.

Dragon Ball Heroes and the Xenoverse stuff it’s connected to is basically just a Dragon Ball exclusive version of Kingdom Hearts. It’s confusing, full of fan service, and they already made a key blade joke for me. Silver is… Probably the most underrated and overhated character in all of Sonic history. The game he first appeared in (Sonic 06) was a train wreck, and the boss fights you had against him were more than capable of making you pop blood vessels in frustration. But Silver himself is awesome and everyone lets their bias keep them from giving Silver a fair chance (Edit: Speaking of Silver and his Sonic 06 boss fight, the line “It’s no use” is actually Silver’s catchphrase from that game. He says it whenever he grabs something, usually the player, with his psychokinesis before throwing them away like an empty soda can. Or worse, Silver pins them into a corner and makes them his bitch. 😂

As a long time Sonic fan I was pretty sure Archie Silver would win, but it was always gonna be close. Traditionally, psychokinesis is a step above telekinesis, being described as the ability to warp *reality itself*. It’s op as hell, but Silver’s not always disciplined enough to use it well. The fact that he trained under someone to use his powers and learn time travel is what really gave Silver the edge he needed in this fight.

Ooh you should play Chrono Trigger. That's the game the redheaded "hero of time" is from, and you can tell by his design that Toriyama was behind him. A lot of people wanted him to fight Trunks. CT is a really good game that a lot of people say it one of the best games of all time (eh, but it's certainly good anyway). It's also one of the first games to have New Game Plus, so you can get multiple endings depending on when you fight the final boss. Ooh I wonder if Lanipator will voice Aquaman since he did in DBZA ("We can use WHAAAAALES!!!!"). Superfriends Aquaman is the reason people don't take Aquaman seriously despite like, every other version of the character being a badass.

For the most part, Superfriends Aquaman is pretty much on par with the mainline version, though he lacks full command over the Clear - that is, he can't dominate the minds of sealife that demonstrate certain levels of intelligence (I know Spongebob's a goofy goober, but he still has human-level intelligence). ...Of course, even an Aquaman's statistical power isn't enough to stop someone who casually breaks reality on the daily (and is hard to put down otherwise).

So the Super Genesis Wave is a thing that was made because a really dumb guy named Ken Penders was like "Good storys with MY characters? I don't think so" And made a lawsuit. yeeeeah~ the next fight is a joke one. i mean it's not just Aquaman: it's the main reason people thought Aquaman was a joke. Super Friends was some 70's/80's series about the Justice League but for kids and i mean dumb kids that were giving shows that were just commercials so they'd buy their toys. it's such a crap show that the stigma from not only Aquaman, but also Wonder Woman, was all from this show till the animated series "Justice League" in the early 2000's, outside of the comics but not only was the boom of comic readers still small unlike today they tried to be edgy at the time and it can be laughable from today's standards. trust me: it's gonna be a weird fight.

The episode was entertaining but I disagree with the results. There are multiple feats where trunks is outright showing flying to other timelines in *base* form meaning in base he's just as fast as super silver. Also just because super sonic and super megaman weren't affected by reality warping doesn't mean they can resist power nullification those are two completely different abilities so if trunks lands a hit with the ki sword silver should lose immediately. They also outright admit that super saiyan trunks was probably stronger than super silver and that dragon ball characters can ignore time maniplation if strong enough but don't give that to trunks which is weird.

I call BS on this. Honestly its kind of unfair when they put any top tier DB character against almost anyone. DBs power scaling is super busted. These are characters that their weakest energy attacks are world breakers. Sonic characters don't hit that level. Honestly, its one of the reasons Ive kind of stopped watching Death Battle. Also, Masenko was an attack Gohan used, and Adult Gohan from Trunk's future would have taught it to Trunks.

Sonic characters in the games don’t really reach that level. The Archie comics however, are a completely different story, which is why they chose Archie Silver. That way him winning actually makes sense.
