I actually have a work bible, it's a CSB personal study bible that I take with me to work and it gets me through my day. It is slowly becoming my daily driver since I write in it so much.

Oh Sister Cat, I too have a very old Bible that is my comfort Bible. Believe me, I've asked God the same questions you have! This has been a very rough last 3 weeks for me. The pain in my body has sent me into my precious comfort Bible. It's the only thing that keeps me sane! My special verses are Psalms 46:10 & Isaiah 43; that whole chapter! Especially v 1-4! My words for 2021 were Strength & Grace. God has definitely given me those to get me thru this year. I, too, am me, myself & God. I talk to my older sister a little about Bible stuff but not much. I come to your videos to get the Bible info I need to hear. You are such an inspiration to me & have been ever since I found your channel. Please never let anyone discourage you from the ministry God has chosen for you. I know God led me to you & I love & appreciate you so much! I pray He blesses you always! ✝️📖🖊🕯🦋💜🐈🐾💗

Ohhhh no no I will never be stop satan has been trying for it's not 5-6 but rather 6-7 soooo I know my love and passion for God Word now is only growing stronger. So as long as this is God's plan for me I will continue to follow His lead. Hi Cat, which translation is your cuddle Bible? And do you have a walkthrough through that little pink Bible? I have a cute small pink one that I wanted to decorate and see as my cuddle Bible but there is really no space for stockers or decoration. The text is back to back. Ohhhh me too. I can't sleep without mine. I use to get night terrors but now that I read my Bible and fill my mind with God's Word. They stay away. Something I find myself walking up crying clinging to my Bible yelling out Jesus name. But than I come to and realize what satan trying to do I just hug my Bible even tighter and fall back to sleep again 💓🙏

I call it my comfort bible. For some reason, the first printing of the CBP Turquoise has been the one I gravitate towards whenever I need comfort. That particular bible came to me at an extreme time in my life.

Other than my two workhorse Bibles (ESV journal bible and ESV study Bible), I have about 3 that I would term cuddle Bibles - one is just a modern NT translation, one is an NIV ‘chunky monkey’ cuddle bible, and one is a large Inspire Bible where I relax and engage with scripture just by coloring. My daily driver has become a flower garden because of all that gets added but still my driver. My ‘She Reads Truth’ bible has become my TestimonyRelational Bible and I also have another Bible I use strictly to document Bible Lessons from various sources. Thanks for motivating me in this different Bibles for different purposes concept because it has truly grown me as well.

Not exactly considered a Christian book, but I think my favorite book outside of the Bible and the Quran is Crime & Punishment by Feodor Dostoevsky. It's always the first book I recommend to people outside of those.

The A.D. CHRONICLES by husband and wife names with last name Thoene. An excellent series of fiction. Also, anything by Francine Rivers! Her books are wonderful. I am currently reading all of Chaim Potok’s books. They are fiction books about Judaism, not Christianity - but they are lovely and bring my heart closer to my Father.

100% sister your correct. It's so very important for people to follow their own path to the Heavenly Kingdom. This is way whenever we try to copy someone else it never comes out right or looking the way we want it to look. That's because the person you were trying to follow after follow the Holy Spirit and it showed in their work. You can just see how much they love and devotion to God throughout the pages of their Bibles. But what happens when you try to follow someone else journey.... you're not listening to the Holy Spirit your trying to figure things out on your own to make sure page/Bible look just like their's. Your missing out on what God wants to show you to help you grow and flourish in your own Bible. So this is why I say you're more than welcome to take whatever I show you can change it up to fit you & your needs for the season that your currently in. God has made us all different and we all have different purposes too. It doesn't make like you mentioned one right and one wrong. No it's quite the opposite. It's makes each of us special and different in our own way. It's really quite beautiful when you think about. It's just weird to me how other Christian think we should all be the same. Read the same study the same that's definitely not the case cuz we all have our own lives with our own situations & circumstances that has formed who each of us are as individuals. Soooo yeah!!! Your channel is huge now , you should be proud at what you have accomplished. I hope life is going good for you sister... You are one of the most genuine bible thumpers I ever met . I miss a few people who left youtube , But I understand why folks sometimes leave. ..I myself almost deleted it all , but I wouldn't do that cause Jesus was the reason. The Lord has to be #1 or nothing will work out , which then leaves the door wide open for the enemy to destroy it all. .. When people get up in the morning do we reach for the phone or our Bible? Talking to Jesus needs to be my number one goal, esp in the morning. I feel this so deep in my soul my heart breaks 😔 I gotta challenge myself . Sometimes I wish I could upload more offen. But wherever I go against God's plan the video never comes out the way I've planned for it to. I will say God has placed you in my life just at the right time. Because He knew you would be the one who would best understand what I would be going through. Both the good and the bad. And it's definitely your fault for the reason why I use and loooovvvve Premium Bibles too. 😊😉 that my brother you started. But more than just that I wanted to stand strong for God and to bring glory to his Kingdom but I am standing up against the crowd alone (but not really I have God on my side) for all the little guys out there. I still believe God has a plan for you. You were in my opinion the 1st one who started (Bible reviews) it was your channel that popped up on my feed and it's there were God shows me this wonderful world.
