Would you say that this 100k would be achievable for new grads? I’ve had offers ranging only in the 80k range in the northern Ohio area.

Can you further explain about asking 10$ more per PTA visit? I should just get paid 10$ every time a PTA completes a visit?

Yes, exactly. You are on call and providing the supervision of that PTA. Whenever there's and issue or the POC needs adjustment you must be available and make those adjustments. Not to mention, the additional time correlated with only doing evals/DCs vs doing the treatment visits themselves. Your time and skill needs to be compensated. The PTA can not see patients without you.
