Didn't you just have the cutest little helper! I will definitely try adding potatoes and carrots next time I make Mississippi pot roast. I like to have it as "shepherd's pie" with the leftovers. There is so much flavor!! I will try the pizza pasta and that pork tenderloin, for sure!

I watch alot of these what's for dinners you are by far my favorite. Just so impressed with all you do, and at such a young age your skills are great. Keep up the good work, your family is so lucky to have you.

That pork roast looked fabulous. I've made my Mississippi pot roast with potatoes and carrots, and like you I love the potatoes. I use Aldi's pepperocinis they cook up very tender and tasty. I put more in and use the juice. Tasty...❤️🙏❤️😃

LOL I really thought I was the only one that ate soup with Cheese It crackers! I’m vegetarian so I do the Amy’s No Chik’n noodle soup” with Cheese It’s, to me it has to be the reduced fat kind because they have more salt on them which makes them tasty. I really want to try the Toasty flavor but haven’t seen it in stores yet; but Cheese It’s with noodle soup is sooo good! Zesta crackers are my backup if I run out lol 🤣💕
@elizabethgalarza85314 жыл бұрын

I love that Elijah was able to help!! I can't wait to get my son in the kitchen with me! Today is his 1st birthday... so i have awhile to wait haha. Quick question- are pepperchinis (no idea how to spell that) the same as banana peppers? I've seen this recipe many times but occasionally see banana peppers instead. I know what banana peppers are..and they look like what you're using - are they the same thing just different names? Also asking because I know I don't like banana peppers, which is why I've never made Mississippi pot roast, not knowing if they're the same. You said you're the only one who likes them.. do they flavor but not bring an overwhelming flavor to the dish? Forgot to say - thanks again for another great inspirational video!! 🥰
@tayelmore4 жыл бұрын
I had to Google this lol. Google says they're pretty much the same. One is mild, sweet, and tangy the other is mild, sweet, & slightly bitter. I think the peppers add a nice flavor to the roast , but I think it'd still be good without them. The reason my family doesn't like them is more of just a texture thing.
