Honey, it all looks so delicious. We don't even like minestrone soup, but I'm gonna try yours. We actually cooked your chicken and stuffing bake for Sunday supper. I only made 1/2 of your recipe since its just the two of us. Needless to say, there was none left. I really want to try your parmesan chicken and beef tips soon too. I make a similar soup, but 1 can of tomatoes I use rotel. It isn't hot but adds additional flavor. That parm chicken looks great. I'll have to try it. Oh, about the sweaters - i always buy off season and im washing all my sweaters and coats i bought in may. I think we are just ready for summer to go away. Thanks have a great week.

The Alfredo-stuffed shells look delicious! I've only made shells with red sauce, so I'm going to try that. I've made a Parmesan-crusted chicken where instead of an egg wash, I use mayonnaise to get the cheese to stick to the chicken. Great meal ideas!

Thos shells look tasty! A tip, if you bring your milk/cream mixture all the way up to a boil then reduce it down, it should thicken up on its own. :) looks nice and cheesy though!

I want to try the stuffed shells. A really simple recipe I love! Get cheese tortellini (jumbo shrimp frozen deveined & peeled) a lemon, olive oil, butter, garlic parmesan Saute generous. Amount olive oil a tablespoon butter and garlic, saute shrimp till pink squeeze lemon in and zest of lemon when pasta cooked drain add in put in Italian blend cheese or just parmesan and fresh parsely you can bake till cheese melts but it was so good just like that. Good with zucchini on the side. I know I love parmesan parmesan cheese sandwich is so good and asiago bagels too. Wedding soup is good too. Brindley is so cute waving even with avocado in her hair. Soo cute!

My husband loves the meal ideas I'm getting. It's so much healthier and frugal for me to make him freezer meals so he can take them when he leaves out each week. He goes from Tennessee to Upstate NY and back to Arkansas and back to Tennessee and then back home to Mississippi. He runs a Walmart and international wire dedicated route😊
