A hack is put a plate on top of all the cherry tomatoes then hold the plate down while u slice half to cut the tomatoes in half. U have some really great recipes this week.

The lasagna roll-ups look great. The cream cheese and enchilada sauce blended together makes so much sense...just a nicely creamy consistency for the roll ups.

Everything looks delicious. I especially liked the ham dinner and the Doritos casserole. For a little difference if I didn't have the Doritos or just for a change, I would top it with a Jiffy corn muffin mix :) I also loved the chicken stuffing mix casserole and the pasta dish. Yum !!!
