My family makes hashbrown casserole for every holiday! We make it vegetarian using 2 cans of cream of potato and 1 can cheddar cheese soup with sour cream and cheddar. So yummy!!

We love the cheesy potatoes, too! Sometimes we put some chopped, crispy bacon on top. We will also fry it up in a pan the next day for all around crispy goodness!

We make buffalo chicken pizza and it’s delicious. You use wing sauce (we prefer Frank’s) instead of marinara. Top it with blue cheese crumbles, sautéed onions, chicken and mozzarella. It’s so good!

Nothing wrong with hot dogs and fries! I would like to see some recipes from the grill. Husband grills so that takes a bit of the responsibility off of me. :-) Cheesy or party potatoes here. I hate it when they call things 'funeral' dish. Take care. Edited to add: 99.2k subscribers!!!!

ii always do chicken in the air fryer. 20 minutes to perfect chicken. I've been doing a lot. I just got a new 10 qt air fryer for Mother's Day so I've been playing with it a lot. Did ribs on Memorial Day. Did turkey wings the night b4. Tonight will be catfish. My only issue with the new machine is the heat element is pretty far from the food without a trivet under it Soo it doesn't brown well without it. I use a square trivet I got for my square copper pan and it works really well.

I can’t remember if I told you what helped my efforts at good home made pizza, but, if this is a repeat, skip it! I followed The Kitchn’s quick pizza crust recipe. Secondly, my husband had a piece of scrap steel which he gave me, about 16x16 and 3/8th inch. I cleaned and seasoned as with cast iron, and use that instead of a stone. (I’m too tight to pay $$ for a store bought steel and this works well.) I preheat steel to the maximum my oven will go with the steel on shelf second from top for about an hour. I do still parbake the crust before saucing, topping, seasoning, and adding cheese. That takes 3 -5 minutes. Remove pie and dress. Return dressed pie to oven turning on and using broiler, too, this time. The bottom of the pizza has leopard spots and the top is perfect. ATC has a video on it and they suggested stacking steel on stone and preheating. I make only one so don’t need fast recovery time which I gather this is for. Some ppl seem to put steel underneath the pizza and a stone on a rack above but broiler worked fine for me with (less) opportunity to burn myself. The steel went through all the color changes that my cast iron has as I have used it, and it is gradually turning pitch black and smooth. I clean and oil as I do cast iron when I’m done. (Please note: this steel is very heavy and very hot when used like this. Let cool in the oven completely before handling and do NOT drop it. It will break your foot and probably your floor, too.) HTH.

I don't deep fry anything only because it takes a lot of oil and then I never know what to do with it. Do you reuse your oil? How? Do you strain it and, if so, how? And, how do you store it? And, for how long is it good? When you throw it away, how do you do that?
