Oh my goodness! Yesterday morning we fried potatoes in our cast iron as well and they kept sticking. Ugh! That balsamic chicken and veg looks delicious. When I marinate chicken I poke holes in it with a fork so the chicken can soak up more of the marinade. I usually marinate my chicken for a long time as well.

Just no directions but I did make it that day and it was delicious. Poke holes in the chicken and marinate it for 3 hours. Thank you for taking the time and getting back to me.

Hi Kristin. Just wondering if you wash your cast iron with dishwashing liquid. Soap of any kind will cause them to stick and should always just be washed with hot water and a soft cloth and then rubbed with certain oils (some oils) will also cause problems) after each use. Love your videos. Thx!!
