Hearty Freezer Chili Recipe -
1/2 cup bacon fat or 1 stick butter
3 bell peppers, large chunks
4 celery stalks
1 onion
6 cloves garlic
1 pound ground beef, turkey, or chicken
3 - diced tomato cans
1 - white beans can, rinsed
1 - kidney beans can, rinsed
1 - pinto beans can, rinsed
1 - Carroll Shelby Box (without Masa)
1 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs worcestershire
1 bottle of beer
1 cup of beef broth or water
Saute veggies in fat for 5 minutes. Add ground meat, cans, seasonings, beer, and broth. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 2 hours on low, stirring occasionally.

Yes! Oh my gosh it’s been such a lifesaver since finding this option! Definitely play around with it so you figure it out before using the function, but I’ll place whatever I’m needing to bake into the oven right as we’re leaving the house, and have it be done baking like 10 minutes before we’re walking in the door!I truly wish I had done this YEARS ago!😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Are you a 'faster' too?! I've been fasting since last December and it's made a difference! Been doing 16:8 (but not on vacation or some weekends lol!) with the occasional 24 hour fast! I did a 36 hour back in January and I started feeling cooky around the 34 hour mark lol!
