Thank you! Just a share...In the South we add tiny potatoes to everything from meat to pasta. I have a picante/salsa food processor (maybe 10.00 at Walmart) that dices carrots, celery, peppers, and potatoes so fine that the nutrients are in the recipe but not really visible. I use it for all my recipes and for soups, beans, spaghetti, hamburgers, etc. It keeps nutrition UP and food cost DOWN! Just another thought for saving on food bills. Thank You for the video!

Everything looks so good. I don't use a meat tenderizer, even though I have one. I always use my rolling pin or one of my heavier pans. So it's perfectly fine whatever we use sweetie. I think the pan may work a little better for me because there is more surface area to pound the meat to the same thickness. How do you like your citrus squeezer? I love mine, it's so much easier & less messy. Anyway, I really enjoyed this weeks video. (I'm gonna break the bank if I ever get to the grocery store. So many recipes I want to try.) I still use my rolling pin instead of a tenderizer. We live 6 months in sticks n bricks and 6 months on the road in out RV so ALL of my gadgets need to do 2-3 things at minimum. I also made cauliflower rice the other day for the first time and yeah it was great but really does not take the place of rice. We enjoyed it though and the other half of the bag I used for coleslaw. That was a hit as well.
