Made me hungry for pizza! I know shredded cheese in a bag is tempting for convenience but know that the shreds are coated with anti-caking additives to prevent sticking. Just an FYI for those trying to eliminate toxins in our food.

Only Mississippi pot roast i know of is... beef roast, banana peppers, juice from banana peppers, dry ranch dressing mix and a stick of butter. Its so good!

A company called CellCore has a highly rated parasite cleanse. I have yet to try it, but it came highly recommended by my functional practitioner. Apparently it goes in stages to open your detox pathways first before removing and binding. May be worth looking into 😊

I like to make chicken crust pizza, but I use my home-canned chicken, and I run it and the other ingredients through the blender. I add enough eggs that it gets loose enough that it's spreadable with an icing spatula. I then spread it out and bake it on a cookie sheet lined with parchment, flipping half way through (I flip it right onto the baking sheet at that point). Once it's baked, I add my sauce and toppings and continue to bake as usual.

Glad you got to spend time with your Grandson, reminds me of mine..he's such a picky eater I guess I don't recall my kids bein that picky..but my grandson sure is..mayb with some meats.. had to laugh..all done..and hadn't started yet 😍 just sounded familiar. My daughter, Son in law, Grandson, and my Mom moved to FL in Oct. Sure seems diff without them nearby.😔 ( they all stayed with me for a yr prior to moving..that was a busy time) my son is still here and his girlfriend they come by on Sundays generally. I haven't been on in quite awhile. Days seemed to have intertwined with each other. I'm now in a small apt..soooo very diff from home living.. remembering the not so fond memories of apt life. And the cost not much diff than the house.😬 oh well whadyado.. I watched your health video yesterday..so very sorry hon you're havin/had to go through that. I bet ur somewhat relieved to have a name to it. But scary and stressful too. Esp since you are used to being so busy. I have had health issues in one form or another for so long..it gets tiresome.and having no energy is hard.mayb i should try one of those cleanses too..pls let me know which one you decide on and mayb i will try it... None of them and then my husband and I adopted to, uh, the first one was a little over 2 months that her sister was 2 days when we picked her up, they're 1 and 2. Now, and we have legally adopted them, and we're are 58 and 55 i love them so much so wouldn't try them for the world.They are my precious baby girls

I have made the chicken crust and I loved it! You need to try the carnivore lasagna. You use deli slices, chicken or turkey for the noodles. It is crazy how similar is it to a regular lasagna. My fiance had no clue! 😂

I make that all of the time, and my hubby and son actually prefer it to noodles. Son calls it "delicious meat dish". He's now an adult and lives about an hour away, so I always take a pic and send to him when I make it...just to make him jealous!

MS pot roast is amazing! For your first time making MS pot roast, I wish you had made it true to the real recipe. Just 5 simple components: roast, au jus gravy mix, ranch seasoning, butter and pepperoncini's. By adding all the other components, onions, potatoes, qt of beef broth and omitting the butter, you missed out on the amazing flavor of the simple recipe. I really hope you try making the roast again using the 5 simple components. You could make mashed potatoes as a side.

I get it. When your health is at risk, you start to consider out of the box thinking. But I'm a biologist (who took a parasitology class in college). And someone who has been studying nutrition and health for 30 years. And I've never seen compelling SCIENTIFIC evidence that most of us have parasites or that a parasite cleanse works if you do have them. As you say, your body, your rules. But research it from the sceptics side as well. There's a lot of misinformation and downright grifters out there, and people who mean we'll but don't know what they don't know. Wishing you only good health in 2025.

Rachel, Did the doctors check your pancreas? The pancreas can ‘pretend’ to be many other things, and present as different problems. I hate to imply anything, but my mother-in-law was diagnosed with cardiac issues, she had a few episodes of extremely high heart rate. It took the fresh eyes of a newly graduated intern to diagnose her pancreatic cancer. The pancreas loves to pretend to be something else. Please ask to have it checked❤️

Congrats you are creating your very own super parasite. Parasites can develop a resistance to ivermectin. Much like anabiotic‘s it shouldn’t be used willy-nilly or as you call it on the regular.
