Hi Jen, I am from Canada’s East Coast and we use salt cod for our fishcakes and we put mashed potatoes and onions in with the flaked fish and we form patties and brown in pan. No breadcrumbs. It’s delicious. You boil the pieces of salt cod with your potatoes in same pot.

Your voice is so calming, listening to you makes me super chill! On this side of the Atlantic(Ireland), Pigs in Blankets are cocktail sausages (little sausage links) wrapped in bacon. Sausage rolls are sausages wrapped in puff pastry. Devils on horseback are dates wrapped in bacon, the sweet and salty combination is a tasty appetizer!

I have found that when I want to air fry it helps to spray whatever you are frying with oil instead of the spray. I bought an EVO spray bottle that I use to spray the food usually using avocado oil. Spraying gives you an even coverage.

I made that tiktok feta pasta a few days ago on a whim and I fell head over heels in love with it! I'm so glad I got the feta from a big box store because I still have another block to make it again. I used red pepper flakes as well and cooked down some onion and garlic separately and added it in towards the end. I used regular spaghetti and heaps of basil and was soo obsessed. I honestly was curious to see if you would try it and was so happy you did! ❤️🍝

Again, a great video! I also wanted to thank you for showing different products that make my life easier, things I would have never tried or knew about! My care of vitamins came and I haven’t missed a day of vitamins. I just grab my packet, put it in my lunchbox, and take them, EVERY SINGLE DAY! That hasn’t happened in years and I am actually taking the ones I need in the dosage that’s correct. You also showed the gel manicure products you use at home. I received them about six weeks ago and now do all my manicures at home and it lasts for weeks! You said it doesn’t take long and you were absolutely right! I actually enjoy that self care time, listening to a book on audible, and love the fact I don’t have to go in a salon environment. Thank you again for sharing, you have made my life healthier and easier!

Sometimes my 3 year old likes lettuce but depends what mood he is in lol the chicken spaghetti sounds so yum! Also I have made the feta cheese and pasta it was delicious. In the Ramon I put in the thick noodles with spring onions, grated carrots peppers and green beans into the broth and garlic. When my kids were teens I used to do a chicken pasta night. Basically any left over veg in the fridge that needed eaten and any tidbits of frozen went in. Boil pasta,, drain, add already cooked chicken (often leftovers) corn, peas, spinach, bell peppers, yeah you name it. Cherry tomatoes are delicious if added last just before serving. I also like to add half a cup or so of shredded romano or asiago shredded cheese, chilis, black pepper, and some lemon zest. Savory, sweet (corn, peas, and cherry tomatoes) spicy, sour... delicious. I tried the feta thing too,, iti was good. Not my favorite ever but really good.

I say the same to my 3 year old now. I used to pretend brocolli and Brussel sprouts etc were sooo yummy and try to make him eat it because I would act like it was my favourite food. Now when he says “I don’t like brocolli “ I just reply with, “nobody likes brocolli, I don’t like brocolli, but we have to eat it to grow healthy” and so far I think this approach is working better 🤷♀️
