As a retired chef I could eat every single meal! The egg and cheese salad looked especially delicious. We eat our main meal at late lunchtime also loads of veggies and salad makes the protein go further.

We prefer to have the larger meal at lunchtime as well as we are getting older. On weekends during football season (August - February) it is often homemade pizza or chili. Your meals look delicious - especially the hake and pork chops. I agree with Mike on the peas. Woofs to your beautiful furry girls! 🐾🐾

Looks great! I just have my £20 fruit and veg box to meal plan around. I got 9 potatoes, 8 carrots, 3 leeks, mushrooms, 4 onions, a bunch of asparagus, a large head of broccoli, 5 apples, 4 pears, 4 bananas, 5 satsumas, some grapes and a pomegranate. Plenty of options with the pantry goods and freezer stuff I have in!

It's béchamel sauce with cheese added. If you google béchamel/cheese sauce and scale the recipe down to the amount you want

Béchamel sauce with cheese, pour over lightly steamed leeks and cauliflower and then bake for 20-30 minutes

Looks so good!! I don't eat in the morning either. My big meal is at noon and at 6pm I have yogurt and fruit. I bake mini muffins or cupcakes (no frosting) and have them in the freezer to satisfy my sweet tooth. Fresh fruit and veg cost so much here. I buy only whats on sale. Your pork chop dinner and egg and cheese salad look amazing!! Thanks for sharing! 🇺🇸🏜

I would really like to see how you make some of the dressing you use, as they seemed to make your salads and look better than without. thanks for the video, fruit salad is always nice, the mango and pears are really decent in the shop here at the moment.

Salad dressing is 3.2.1 3 parts oil, 2 parts vinegar and one part mustard

It would be nice if you can tell us the names of the food in french and English I know you do some already but some of your french words for the items I know I don't recognize or understand and then I try to Google them and google says sorry I don't understand 😆
