I’m someone who never had weight issues and in fact it’s quite the opposite, I workout and eat clean and I still for as long as I can remember dating back to when I was 8 started to feel self conscious and as time went by it morphed into what we now know is body dysmorphia and so the point I’m trying to make is that our bodies wether fit or fat have nothing to do with what’s really going on inside our minds which is actually a chemical imbalance which unfortunately to many of us are dealing with.
