You definitely have what it takes to break the 900kg barrier in the 83kg weight class which would be one heck of a milestone. If you hit a 350kg squat in the 83kg weight class (which I know you attempted in your last meet prep), it would be an insane number seeing that back in 2015 Layne Norton established the at the time squat world record in the 93kg weight class with a 303kg squats. It would be another display of how much further powerlifting has developed and progressed in the past decade.

Just saw the discord last night and conclusion is Russ did everyone dirty and was shit talking behind a couple ppls back then let everyone go and made them sign an NDA and unfollowed them all and rumor was he was trying to homewreck someone on the team too not gonna say who but yea made me loose a lot of respect for him as a person.
