Question! If there is no MLS then how are available lots found and purchased. For example. If i was working with an agent and they didn't have a lot that I wanted but you did. How does that work?

Agents cobroker. Most agents work within a network and share listing info- choose an agent you feel comfortable and confident with and they will help you find the perfect property that suits your needs. There is a loose MLS that is getting properly organized and populated.

If you want to get the best deals, call around to different offices because there may be opportunities that haven't been published or marketed widely.
